I'm already missing you Grandma, but I'm thankful that you are no longer trapped in a body that has been failing you. Now you can be with Grandpa and your family and watch over those of us still roaming the earth. I'm doing my best to remember the fun times when we would laugh while you showed me how to bake, or when my sister and I would color at your house and watch Lawrence Welk. I wish I had done a better job staying in touch the last few years, but I hope deep down you knew how much I loved you, and always will. You were the only Grandma I ever knew, and you will always be special to me. I wish I could be there in person to say goodbye, but I will have to settle for saying goodbye to you in my own way.
